Welcome to Notary.ca (operated at notaseal.website). By accessing our services, digital portal, and planning virtual web camera notary sessions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

1. Services Scope

Notary.ca facilitates remote legal witnessing, statutory declarations, and electronic signature notary operations. Our legal agents represent registered professionals inside Ontario, Canada. We do not provide direct legal representation, financial advice, or document-drafting services. Using our website does not create a solicitor-client relationship.

2. Client Obligations and Verification Requirements

To complete any digital swearing session, you must present two forms of original, valid government photo identification. You must ensure you are mentally sound, feel completely free from external duress, and possess a complete understanding of the files you are signing.

3. Rejection and Refund Policy

While our electronic notary public seals comply with Canadian standards, acceptance of digital files remains at the discretion of the recipient organization. In the rare event a court or agency rejects our digital signature, we offer a 100% money-back refund on your paid verification fee.
